Centro is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to drive AI‑powered product development for a global set of users. You will shape strategy, write actionable requirements, and guide cross‑functional teams through discovery to delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in web product roles, strong analytics, and a track record of rapid experimentation with AI tools. The role offers remote flexibility, autonomy, and a clear path to impact in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a web development environment.
• Strong product thinking with ability to identify high‑impact opportunities and drive initiatives.
• User‑first mindset with focus on customer behavior and business impact.
• Proven ability to prototype concepts using AI tools and validate ideas with users and data.
• Data‑driven approach with experience in product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Experience with subscription‑based products is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and outcome‑driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile and Scrum principles to plan timelines, releases, and rollouts.
• Research and validate new product ideas aligned with OKRs and strategy.
• Define clear product requirements with context for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication to set expectations and gather input.
• Scope resources, prioritize backlog items, and define sprint goals.
• Lead by example to foster an autonomous, accountable team environment.
• Drive solutions and ensure timely task completion and fixes.
• Design and execute A/B tests and monitor product usage for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and perform competitive analysis.
• Track user flows, build reports and dashboards, and optimize flows based on data.
• Understand and communicate KPIs to different audiences.
