iA Financial Group invites a seasoned leader to join as Business Architecture Advisor. You’ll translate strategy into concrete solutions, influence key initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams through complex transformations in the insurance and savings space.

You will partner with senior leaders to simplify complexity, align programs with strategic objectives, and deliver measurable business value in a hybrid work environment across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in business architecture or analyzing complex issues in insurance and individual savings sectors.
• Advanced English and French proficiency for engaging with bilingual partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into concrete, executable initiatives and structure delivery with cost/benefit/risk assessments.
• Act as the business line representative in major initiatives and align stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Develop clear communications, models, and visuals to simplify business issues and enable timely decisions.
• Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and identify opportunities to simplify processes.
• Analyze roadmaps and dependencies to propose realistic action plans across functions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain a holistic, results-oriented perspective.
• Support partners and distribution networks through advisory activities with clear, practical messaging.
• Maintain awareness of insurance and savings sector trends and share best practices.
