Job summary

Clio seeks a Staff People Business Partner to lead strategic partnership across Finance, People, and the Office of the CEO. You will advise C-suite leaders, influence company-wide People programmes, and shape organizational health, talent strategy, and business transformation with executive credibility.

You will act as a trusted advisor within a center-of-excellence framework, partnering with Finance and People to balance cost discipline with capability, culture, and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior-level People partner with strategic and execution focus.
• Proven track record advising C-suite leaders in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• Strong fluency in Finance and People disciplines with enterprise mindset.
• Exceptional executive presence and influencing skills.
• Discretion handling confidential executive and board-adjacent matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal People advisor to CFO and CPO, shaping decisions at the function level.
• Partner with the Office of the CEO on company-wide priorities and executive initiatives.
• Lead multi-year People strategy for Finance, People, and Office of the CEO.
• Coach senior leaders up to C-suite; develop tailored leadership plans.
• Drive organizational design, including large-scale restructures and capability building.
• Develop data-driven People insights to influence business strategy.
