Qualifications

• 8–10+ years' experience in P&C Business Partner/generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and applicable practices.
• Business acumen with ability to connect with business needs.
• Data analysis to enable informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Consulting, collaboration and change-management capabilities.
• Project management experience and delivery of initiatives.
• Leadership development and influencing skills.
• Two-way advocacy and credible partnership with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR and organizational development support to leaders up to VP level.
• Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence to drive talent plans and business outcomes.
• Offer guidance on recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and org design.
• Lead organizational design projects with cross-functional impact.
• Manage change initiatives and program implementation across regions.
