Job summary

Clio is seeking a Staff People Business Partner to lead People partnership across its G&A function, working directly with the CFO and CPO as their People advisor. This role sits at the center of how Clio is run, shaping People strategy with executive-level impact and enabling scalable growth across Finance, People, and the Office of the CEO.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned People leader with fluency in Finance, executive presence, and a track record advising C-suite and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level People partner with strategy execution experience.
• Proven track record advising C-suite leaders in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of finance, business metrics, and organizational design.
• Skilled in executive coaching, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Comfortable challenging executives and translating strategy into people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal People advisor to CFO and CPO and partner on major org decisions.
• Lead multi-year People strategy across Finance, People, and Office of the CEO.
• Drive organizational design, operating models, and cross-functional integration at scale.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders up to the C-suite.
• Manage high-stakes employee relations and risk with discretion.
• Shape Talent, Performance, and Total Rewards programs with enterprise view.
