Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Canada BU People Business Partner to act as the main P&O reference for the Canada business unit based in Toronto. You will ensure compliant application of HR policies, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, LOA management, and training with strong autonomy and ownership of the Employee Life Cycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of increasing experience as a People Business Partner.
• Leadership team presence (Plant, Location) preferred.
• CPG experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields required; Master’s Degree is a plus.
• CHRL designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance.
• Provides coaching on HR practices such as attendance and investigations.
• Conducts exit interviews for leadership roles and manages leaves of absence.
• Oversees recruitment for the BU and selects internal and external candidates.
• Guides onboarding, performance processes, and annual evaluations.
• Leads deployment of You Survey and action plans with People Experience.
