Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Corporate Development Associate in Toronto, hybrid role, to lead analysis for strategic deals, partnerships, and licensing. You will build and maintain financial models, prepare materials for leadership, and coordinate end-to-end deal processes with cross-functional teams.

As part of a small team, you will interact with senior leaders, support fundraising and M&A efforts, and travel as needed for deal execution.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to support fundraising, M&A, licensing, and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deal processes end to end, from scheduling to follow-ups and document management.
• Support due diligence and data room organization across financings, M&A, and partnerships.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene across partnerships, investors, and strategic sales.
