Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Meetings Operations to lead the Strategic Meeting Management Program.

You will guide and develop the meetings solutions coordinator, set performance goals, and oversee annual reviews, while aligning technology and data analytics with organizational objectives. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of meeting technologies, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across events and operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of meetings or hotel industry experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and anticipate issues.
• Experience with event technology platforms (Cvent, Aventri).
• Knowledge of project management techniques and best practices.
• Experience delivering training on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall strategy for the department’s technology, data and analytic needs.
• Assess Meetings Team’s current technology capabilities and implement improvements.
• Develop and conduct training for stakeholders and team members across technology platforms.
• Ensure adoption of solutions and incorporate user feedback to improve processes.
• Manage new solutions and releases with existing tools.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Provide data quality control and regular audits.
