Responsibilities

• Drive transformation program strategy and cross-functional execution end-to-end.
• Assess programs to establish clarity, alignment, and momentum.
• Maintain integrated program plans and governance with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Own cross-program integration and resolve blockers.
• Translate priorities into executable roadmaps and enable timely decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Coach and mentor program managers.
