Metrolinx is seeking a Senior Advisor, Operations Performance to provide strategic and operational support to the VP, Operations Performance. You will coordinate SMT reporting, oversee enterprise-wide initiatives, and lead multidisciplinary projects with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires advising senior executives, managing projects from inception to implementation, and delivering clear communication materials. On-site five days per week at Metrolinx.

Qualificações

• Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Postgraduate degree (Master’s) is considered an asset.
• Experience advising senior executives and leading teams.
• Experience managing projects from inception through implementation.
• Strong business acumen and operations management knowledge.
• Ability to research external trends and leading practices to inform projects/policies.
• Structured project management methodologies experience.
• Leadership and change management experience.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).
• On-site five days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Support the VP, Operations Performance in developing and executing business planning strategies and SMT reporting.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects and change initiatives.
• Develop and deliver communication strategies, briefing notes, presentations and materials for key initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and secure support.
• Collaborate with Directors to create project plans, scopes, definitions, launch plans and delivery schedules.
