Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and flexible.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning efforts by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing materials to support decision-making.
• Support the creation of presentations and briefing materials for the CEO’s internal and external engagements (e.g., conferences, team offsites, fireside chats).
• Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and track action items to ensure follow-ups are completed.
• Provide support on various projects led by the Chief of Staff, including process improvements, meeting coordination, and operational initiatives.
• Assist in drafting internal and external communications, including reports, newsletters, and presentations.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance, to support operational objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support key initiatives and business needs.
• Assist in preparing investor updates, reports, and portfolio company reviews by gathering information and editing presentation materials.
