Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and map core business processes to create a training manual.
• Implement and connect business tools to eliminate manual tasks.
• Analyze operations to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Assist in executing Go-To-Market strategies for new clients.
• Manage sales pipeline data and assist with partnership development.
• Track and analyze KPIs for pricing and customer retention.
