Responsibilities
Design, document, and map core business processes to create a training manual.
Implement and connect business tools to eliminate manual tasks.
Analyze operations to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Assist in executing Go-To-Market strategies for new clients.
Manage sales pipeline data and assist with partnership development.
Track and analyze KPIs for pricing and customer retention.
