Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Canada is seeking an experienced professional to support Wealth Sales & Service operations within a branch network. You will help ensure compliance, risk management, and effective execution of strategic initiatives while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, change management, staff coaching, and delivering timely service through standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales/service and operations.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong supervisory/leadership experience and a track record of coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated analytical, data-driven decision making and risk/compliance awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports branch in achieving business objectives through operational support and sales compliance.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and manage change.
• Monitors regulatory requirements and risk assessments; recommends mitigation actions.
• Designs regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management insights.
• Leads or participates in cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Sources and mentors sales & service professionals; supports trainees during training period.
• Ensures high quality service and timely delivery of operational programs.
