Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a seasoned Program Manager, Network Security to join its Cyber Security Program Management team in Toronto, Ontario. This senior role translates enterprise cyber priorities into concrete roadmaps, security standards, and resilient infrastructure capabilities.

You'll own the network and security capabilities roadmap from 0–6 months to 18+ months, engaging executives and coordinating across engineering, architecture, and operations to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management within technology or cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of network architecture and security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation).
• SAFe certification is an asset and familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 will help.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network and security infrastructure capabilities roadmap aligned with cyber strategy.
• Define and enforce security-focused technical standards for infrastructure technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation).
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that balance security with business objectives.
• Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and architecture teams through outcome-driven planning.
• Deliver governance recommendations including tool rationalization and lifecycle automation.
• Define short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap (0–6, 6–18, 18+ months) for enterprise-wide use.
• Develop a capability framework aligned to CISO strategy with deep technical engagement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly executive reports.
