Rogers Communications is seeking a Sr Manager, PMO Cyber Security to lead and mentor a team of project management professionals overseeing cyber security, IT and network programs. The role demands disciplined execution across end-to-end program management with a focus on delivering value and continuous improvement.

The candidate will drive performance, set development plans, and deliver regular project status updates while working to protect brand and assets in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end, large-scale program management in medium/large organizations or consulting firms.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing programs involving cyber security, IT and network teams.
• Experience in initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team with ongoing leadership, performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Lead and motivate Project Managers with guidance and coaching to achieve objectives and improve skills.
• Set annual performance targets and development plans; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure timely status reports and maintain risk, action, issues, decisions registers; run status meetings.
• Proactively review project performance within the program.
• Provide regular visibility to project status through standard status reporting and reviews.
