Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner for Canada to act as the primary HR partner for employees across multiple functions and provinces. You will advise leaders, ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws, and collaborate with COEs to support compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience supporting Canadian operations across multiple provinces.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and labour standards.
• Experience with employee relations, workplace investigations, disability management, leaves of absence, and return‑to‑work programs.
• Proven ability to coach leaders on performance management and organizational change.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; knowledge of Workday, ADP or SAP SuccessFactors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary People & Culture partner for employees and leaders across Canada.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian employment, labour, health & safety, privacy, and accessibility legislation.
• Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution while assessing risk.
• Manage leaves of absence, disability accommodations, and return‑to‑work processes.
• Collaborate with COEs to support key people programs and business objectives.
• Prepare employment documentation and HR communications, and analyze workforce trends.
