Job summary

International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Montréal, QQ, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager for Supply Chain and MRO Operations. This on-site role is a fixed-term contract for 3 years, offering opportunities for growth within a global aviation standards community.

You will support MRO SmartHub adoption, coordinate industry advocacy, and work with airlines and regulators to advance maintenance and supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of airline experience in engineering, procurement, contracts or materials management.
• Curiosity, strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with drive to innovate through industry programs.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and consolidate feedback from MRO SmartHub groups to identify user needs and improving operations.
• Support assessments for development and implementation of potential new features.
• Develop MRO SmartHub technical content materials and support platform conferences and webinars.
• Engage the industry community via IATA Connect and link with the MRO SmartHub operations community.
• Coordinate advocacy initiatives, webinars, and workshops with airlines and stakeholders.
• Support advocacy activities with ICAO, regulators and industry associations on maintenance matters.
• Support the team on organizational priorities and special assignments.
