Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years in fashion retail merchandising. English/French bilingual is a plus; readiness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in merchandise buying for fashion retail; in-store retail and store planning experience are strong assets.
• Bilingual in English and French is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal sales, margin, and financial plans across multiple departments.
• Analyze weekly performance and reforecast with actionable recommendations.
• Design allocation and inventory flow strategies to maximize sales and prevent stockouts.
• Lead planning of strategic product assortments for each category.
• Collaborate with global teams to align assortments with market needs and business goals.
• Oversee inventory management and timely replenishment.
