Job summary

UNIQLO Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time Visual Store Associate for our Conestoga Mall location.

You will support store operations and execute visual presentations, including styling, props and displays, to engage customers and communicate UNIQLO LIFEWEAR. Under Store Manager and Area Manager supervision, you will lead visuals, develop merchandise plans, train team members, and contribute ideas during floor walks and weekly meetings to improve presentation and sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail
• Interest in fashion and visual styling
• Ability to communicate brand vision to customers
• Willingness to travel to UNIQLO locations
• Availability for 32–40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting UNIQLO values
• Stay knowledgeable on brand, products, and promotions
• Engage customers to understand needs and provide product info
• Maintain store visuals, cleanliness and brand standards
• Develop and execute merchandise plans and floor plans
• Set and execute visual merchandising strategy to maximise sales
• Participate in meetings and walk-throughs with management
• Lead weekly styling and window display concepts
• Train and develop team members
• Support Store Management and Area Visual Manager as needed
