• Licensed to practice in Canada, preferably Alberta.
• 4–6 years of litigation experience preferred, other levels considered.
• Strong drafting, research, analysis and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on litigation strategy and dispute resolution.
• Manage files through all stages of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advocacy materials.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
