Our valued client, a busy national litigation firm with offices in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing Alberta practice.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an Alberta lawyer with approximately three to ten years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience. Previous employment law experience is strongly preferred; however, candidates with solid plaintiff litigation experience and a genuine interest in developing an employment practice are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will join a highly respected and collaborative national team. The firm offers meaningful mentorship, comprehensive training and the opportunity to continue learning and growing within a supportive professional environment.
The position may be performed fully remotely from anywhere in Alberta. The firm will also consider candidates residing in British Columbia, provided they are already called to the Alberta Bar and are ready to practice in Alberta. Candidates who prefer an in-office or hybrid arrangement will also have those options.
Candidates working remotely must have a stable and reliable home internet connection.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated litigator who values client service, professional growth and flexibility, and who would like to build a long-term career within a respected national employment practice.
