RBC Insurance is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Field Sales team. As an accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisor, you provide integrated insurance planning and advice to referrals and new RBC clients.

You will prospect, network, and build a growing book of business with internal support and compliant tools. You will develop client relationships using Salesforce, meet clients on their terms, and contribute to the team's sales goals while upholding RBC's client-first culture and

Competenze

• Must have business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Minimum 2+ years of professional sales experience
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Life/AS License (HLLQP/LLQP) or willingness to complete before start date
• Existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Digital literacy across systems and tools
• Valid Canadian driver’s license and own vehicle for travel within designated area
