Job summary

RBC Insurance is seeking an entrepreneurial Field Sales professional to provide integrated life, health, and wealth advice to referrals and new RBC clients. You will prospect, network, and manage a book of business while supporting clients with RBC Insurance Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products.

You will work with internal partners, use compliant tools, and maintain a client-first mindset to deliver trusted solutions aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• Life/Accident & Sickness License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willing to complete before start date.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.
• Independently prospect and grow a new book of business through outreach and networking.
• Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment and meet clients at their convenience.
• Develop client relationships using Salesforce and compliant tools.
• Contribute to team sales success by meeting individual sales goals.
• Expand external networks via market opportunities and referrals from centers of influence.
• Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet targets.
