Job summary

RBC Insurance Group in Ottawa is seeking self-motivated Field Sales professionals to join our team as accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisors (HLLQP/LLQP). You will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to your referrals and new RBC clients.

You will prospect, network, and grow a new book of business, nurture client relationships using Salesforce, and align solutions to changing needs with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Business development and prospecting required.
• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Life/Accident & Sickness license (HLLQP/LLQP) or willingness to obtain.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Digital literacy with various systems and tools.
• Valid Canadian driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow a new book of business.
• Meet clients and provide integrated insurance and wealth advice.
• Develop relationships with referrals and centers of influence.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to manage client activity.
