Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly rent administration, lease audits, and occupancy cost management to ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Analyze financial and real estate data, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Maintain integrity of real estate systems and reporting tools for accurate portfolio information.
• Build partnerships with internal teams, landlords, developers and external stakeholders to advance real estate projects.
