Job summary

The Women in Need Society (WINS) seeks a Manager, Community Services to lead the Community portfolio across Calgary locations. You will guide program strategy, ensure high-quality services, manage partnerships, and monitor budgets to support women and families.

You will coach coordinators, analyse needs, and drive improvements with data and evaluation tools, ensuring consistency and impact across sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, community development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years in nonprofit social programming or community development.
  • 3+ years of people leadership or program management experience.
  • Experience evaluating programs and using data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Community Programs portfolio strategy, service quality, and participant experience across WINS locations.
  • Oversee budget monitoring, partnerships, and program performance.
  • Coach Community Coordinators and ensure clear operating practices and accountability.
  • Develop and refine community services, including Resource Hub programming and Connections/House to Home.
  • Ensure consistent service standards and data quality across sites.
  • Represent WINS at strategic community tables and partner sites.
