Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, stock management, or related analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; MBA/related master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with strong autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead stock optimization methodologies, replenishment parameters, and supply chain settings to meet service, stock, financial, and operational goals.
• Oversee stock and replenishment parameter governance in Blue Yonder/JDA.
• Design and run advanced analyses, simulations, and scenario modeling to identify optimization opportunities and drive durable improvements.
• Translate model results into actionable recommendations balancing stock, service levels, costs and constraints.
• Bridge supply chain and data/analytics teams to deliver scalable decision-support capabilities.
• Present options, trade-offs, and ROI to influence leadership priorities and investment decisions.
