Job summary

IPEX by Aliaxis is seeking a Key Account Manager to join the HomeRite Sales team. This fully remote field-based role drives profitable growth across Ontario through strategic account management and strong customer relationships in the retail, hardware, and building supply channels.

The position offers a starting compensation range of CAD 93,000 to CAD 116,300 annually, based on experience. Frequent travel within Ontario is required, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of territory sales or account management experience.
• Experience in Retail, Hardware, Building products preferred.
• Proven success growing customer accounts and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage key customer accounts across Ontario.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Act as trusted advisor and primary contact for customers in your territory.
• Regularly visit customers to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales leadership to ensure customer success.
• Present reviews, forecasts, and growth plans to customers and leadership.
