Corpay seeks a Key Account Manager in Toronto, Canada to drive value for enterprise clients within the Cross Border line of business. You will collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Product and Technical Sales to deliver Treasury Management and Risk solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in account management, payments and FX, with strong organization and multitasking abilities. You will work from the Toronto office, with formal training and a supporting team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management.
• Experience in payments and FX.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Owns the end-to-end client relationship and drives value.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through relationship-building and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
• Support proposals, drive revenue streams with partners and downstream clients.
• Assist account management in servicing clients through payment processes and API solutions.
• Ensure timely information, resolutions, and adherence to internal SLAs.
• Maintain compliance guidelines and verify customer information.
