Job summary

Bushbalm Skincare, born in Ottawa and a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic pro accounts across Canada and the U.S. This role collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Development to drive launches, promotions, and sustainable growth.

You’ll manage existing partnerships with estheticians, spas, and salons, while scouting new opportunities and ensuring partner success through education and tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within Canada and to the U.S. and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new key accounts and reach out to prospects.
• Pitch and negotiate contracts with leadership and finance.
• Nurture relationships with high-value esthetician, spa, and salon accounts.
• Own revenue and growth targets across an assigned portfolio.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Support launches, promotions, and product education with partners.
