Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for Eastern Canada, based in Montreal on-site. You will lead strategic relationships with top end-customers, develop multiyear plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive growth across Axis video, analytics, access control, intercom, and IP audio.

You will manage executive relationships, drive opportunities, and coordinate with regional managers and channel partners while maintaining robust forecasts in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise sales or strategic accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic and commercial lead for assigned key end-customer accounts.
• Develop and execute multiyear account plans aligned with customer objectives and Axis priorities.
• Build understanding of each customer’s business, challenges, tech environment and goals.
• Establish trusted relationships with executives, operations, procurement and technical stakeholders.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and strategic account reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams including RSMs, BD, SE, PS, PS and marketing.
