Job summary

MHI RJ Aviation Group in Mississauga is seeking a seasoned IT Reporting Specialist to harmonize enterprise reporting, establish standards, and translate complex data into executive insights that guide strategic decisions.

You will partner with IT and business leaders, design standardized dashboards in Power BI on a Databricks foundation, and own end-to-end reporting lifecycle including governance, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise reporting, BI, or analytics experience.
Strong hands-on Power BI skills including data modeling and performance optimization.
Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms.
Ability to translate requirements into actionable metrics for leadership.
Executive-level reporting experience and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Execute and evolve an enterprise reporting strategy using Databricks and Power BI.
Design standardized, reusable reporting assets for consistency and scalability.
Partner with IT and data teams to align ingestion, modeling and reporting.
