MHIRJ is seeking an Analytics and Management Reporting Specialist to join the Information Technology team. You will harmonize reporting across functions, establish enterprise-wide standards, and transform complex data into strategic information for executives to drive informed decisions.

This role blends hands-on report development with governance, partnering with senior leaders, and managing the lifecycle of reports and datasets in a Databricks and Power BI environment to deliver leading

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise reporting, BI, or analytics.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and dashboards.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Translate requirements into actionable executive indicators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and govern enterprise reports and datasets.
• Collaborate with executives to translate goals into dashboards.
• Establish KPI definitions and reporting standards across units.
