Job summary

Qualifications

• Related university degree with 3+ years of experience OR 5 years in field operations, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience turning data analyses into actionable business insights

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems through data analysis and combine with business expertise to identify insights
• Collaborate with senior staff to apply statistical analysis, predictive models, and root cause analysis to track trends and opportunities
• Create queries, reporting, and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to clients
• Develop performance dashboards and monitor KPIs using BI tools
• Establish and maintain good client and vendor relationships
