Job summary

Newfoundland Labrador Liquor Corporation in St. John's is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategic Project Delivery to lead technology-enabled corporate strategic initiatives from planning through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change control in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will drive governance and ensure smooth transitions to operations, including training and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years project management experience on large-scale corporate strategic initiatives.
• Equivalents possible with education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, risk and change management.
• Translate detailed project requirements into technical deliverables and define scope and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize cross-departmental processes.
• Apply PM frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) and assess changes to schedules and budgets.
• Communicate status, issues and resolutions to stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely milestones.
• Support transition to operations, including training and knowledge transfer post-launch.
