Job summary

Lacroix Medical Group seeks an IT Director to shape technology strategy for its Quebec network. You will define the IT master plan, lead digital transformation, and collaborate with senior leadership to align tech with business goals.

Responsibilities include managing ERP/CRM platforms, ensuring system availability, guiding data governance and AI projects, and overseeing a capable IT team with a strong focus on security and resilience. Regular travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
15 to 20 years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
Mastery of software architecture and project management.
Solid understanding of multi-site and cloud infrastructures.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, financial systems, telephony, and major business platforms.
Understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence.
Experience in leading teams and driving transformation.
Ability to communicate technical issues to senior management.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across the network.

Responsibilities

Define and deploy the IT vision and master plan aligned with strategic priorities.
Ensure high availability of ERP, CRM, DME, LIS, SaaS, and cloud environments.
Lead digital transformation, data valorization, automation, and AI initiatives.
Maintain cybersecurity, information protection, redundancy, and business continuity.
Lead and develop an autonomous IT team; manage budgets and supplier relationships.
Travel regularly to Lacroix network sites to stay connected with operations.
