Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Business Analysis, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office with extensive Excel data analysis.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis principles.
• Experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets is highly preferred.
• Experience working with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop recommendations and present findings to management.
• Support annual planning and prioritization activities across the technology organization.
• Conduct organizational, workforce, and resource analyses to support business objectives.
• Evaluate impacts of organizational changes and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with development of planning materials and leadership presentations.
• Analyze budget, spend, resources, and investment-related data.
• Track key metrics and provide reporting on financial and operational performance.
• Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and investment justification activities.
• Prepare management summaries, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and simplification.
• Document workflows, procedures, and governance processes.
• Support implementation and monitoring of key governance and control activities.
• Track actions, milestones, and follow-up items across initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Business organizations.
