CIBC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst within Wealth Management Operations in Toronto. You will support client statement production, ensure internal controls, and lead high-impact analyses for senior management.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, providing innovative solutions, and owning project plans to meet client needs. You will engage with cross-functional teams, facilitate client meetings, and drive change initiatives while maintaining governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with deep knowledge in business analysis, change initiatives, and user needs analysis.
• Ability to develop project plans and inform leadership on progress.
• Expertise in identifying problems, proposing resolutions, and assessing impact of changes.

Responsabilités

• Support production and delivery of client statements for brokerage and non-brokerage accounts while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee change initiatives and drive cross-functional analyses to address high-impact business needs.
• Facilitate client meetings and own activities to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to projects and coordinate with senior management and stakeholders.
