Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc is seeking an IT Advisor, Governance, Orchestration and Strategic Execution to help deliver the IT 2030 plan. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, support governance mechanisms, and provide decision-ready information to enable executives to act with confidence.

Responsibilities include managing roadmaps, coordinating enterprise architecture, and developing dashboards and executive materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, transformation, or orchestration of complex initiatives.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and strategic communication skills for senior executives.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage interdependencies.
• Fluency in French with intermediate English for cross-Canada communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor integrated roadmaps and transformation priorities to support strategic objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives related to ecosystem simplification and obsolescence reduction.
• Ensure alignment among enterprise architecture, portfolio management, strategic planning, and governance.
• Translate strategic directions into actionable plans, milestones, and tracking.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for priority execution.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate governance forums and follow up on decisions and timelines.
• Highlight risks and dependencies needing leadership attention.
• Collaborate with leadership, architecture, and portfolio management teams to ensure alignment.

• Developing and maintaining dashboards, key performance indicators, and analyses that provide clear visibility into priority execution.
• Preparing executive presentations, briefing notes, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinating governance forums and following up on decisions, commitments, timelines, and accountabilities.
• Highlighting risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs requiring stakeholder and leadership attention.
• Collaborating with leadership, architecture, and portfolio management teams to promote alignment, engagement, and consistent execution of strategic priorities.
