Job summary

SLC Management is seeking a Senior Director, Investment Execution to lead the coordination, governance, and execution of complex investment transactions for the OCIO Office. You will partner with Tax, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, ALM and business stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role requires 7+ years in institutional investments or asset management, strong project management, and the ability to drive decisions across a broad set of functions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in institutional investments, asset management, investment operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of private market investments including real estate and private credit.
• Knowledge of insurance capital frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Experience partnering across investment, tax, legal, finance, treasury, and risk functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating investment transactions, governance reviews, and operational onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of complex investment opportunities across stakeholders.
• Establish governance structures, project plans, and decision-making forums.
• Coordinate investment inputs including returns, leverage, structures, capital requirements and timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison across investment teams and external stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate development of investment recommendations, business cases, and approval materials.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations for senior management and governance bodies.
• Lead tax reviews for fund investments and cross-border matters.
• Coordinate legal and regulatory reviews of fund documentation and related materials.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, and risk considerations are addressed throughout execution.
