Job summary

BMO Private Wealth is seeking an Associate Director, Investment Platform to lead strategic initiatives across wealth and investment management, delivering measurable business value and enhanced client outcomes.

The role directs cross-functional teams, partners with technology, compliance, and product teams, and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and governance standards while navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in investment management, wealth management, product management or related field with a post-secondary degree.
• 5+ years leading complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong understanding of investment products, managed accounts, portfolio construction, advisor platforms, and regulatory requirements.
• CFA/CSM designation is an asset.
• Knowledge of governance, client servicing models, and transformation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end investment platform initiatives, balancing investment, regulatory, and operational priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and compliance to drive program success.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, business cases, and benefits realization.
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure adoption of new investment solutions and processes.
