Job summary

Supply Ontario is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to oversee Supply and Demand Planning and Inventory Operations for PPE and CSE across Ontario. You will guide end-to-end supply chain, balance customer needs with priorities, and lead a high-performing team to deliver sustainable solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement change, optimize distribution, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8 years’ progressive supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience developing change management strategies and plans.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply and Demand Planning and Stockpile Inventory Operations.
• Oversee province-wide inventory, inbound logistics, warehousing, distribution, and rotation.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and ensure service levels.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with MDEL and quality standards.
• Develop supply chain frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
