BMO Financial Group in Toronto seeks aRegional Sales Advisor to promote Life Assurance products to MGAs and brokers. You will consult on sales strategies, support relationships, deliver quotes, and manage large cases while reporting results and driving business growth.

With 3–5 years of experience and relevant licenses, you will attend industry events, collaborate with internal teams, and help align strategic initiatives with stakeholders to improve client outcomes.

Competenze

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree.
• Life insurance license.
• CFP or other professional designation.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance business, agencies and underwriting principles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial concepts, including financial planning and understanding of insurance products.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced sales concepts in insurance, including corporate applications.
• Mutual fund knowledge is an asset.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills - in-depth.
• Collaboration & team skills - in-depth.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - in-depth.
• Influence skills - in-depth.
