Job summary

Optimize Financial Group in Toronto is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Representative to service its established corporate client base and relationships. You will work within the Optimize ecosystem to deliver insurance solutions, meet clients, explain options, and guide them through underwriting and delivery.

You will build rapport, manage multi-step applications, and coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure a professional, client-first experience in a dynamic financial-services

Qualifications

• Licensed life and accident & sickness insurance agent in good standing.
• Proven sales experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multi-step applications and underwriting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance opportunities from consultation through underwriting and delivery.
• Meet with existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Explain life and accident & sickness options, coverage features, costs, and steps.
• Identify suitable opportunities and recommended solutions.
• Gather client information, prepare applications, and coordinate submissions.
• Maintain proactive communication to move applications forward.
• Coordinate with insurers, underwriters, internal advisors, mortgage professionals.
• Keep accurate client notes and pipeline activity in CRM and systems.
