BMO Financial Group in Canada seeks an Associate Vice President Wholesaler in Asset Management Sales & Service to lead a semi-autonomous MFDA sub-region and accelerate growth by expanding reach to high-potential advisor segments.

You will own territory strategy, manage client relationships, prospect and develop new business, and collaborate with wholesalers and specialist teams to deliver holistic solutions while maintaining CRM records and hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in asset management or advisor-facing roles.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of MFDA channel and advisor landscape.

Responsabilités

• Territory Ownership & Sales Execution: own and execute the sales strategy for an assigned MFDA sub-region with growth and retention accountability.
• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for advisors and dealer branches; build relationships through proactive outreach.
• Prospecting & Business Development: outbound prospecting to grow wallet share and activate new advisors; manage a robust sales pipeline.
