OCAS is seeking a Performance & Initiatives Coordinator to translate organizational strategy into coordinated action. You’ll support strategic planning, performance measurement, reporting, and implementation practices to give leaders a clear view of priorities, progress, risks, and results.

You’ll work across the organization to strengthen frameworks, tools, and processes for planning, prioritizing, and assessing initiatives, organizing information, and preparing concise reports for the Senior

Competenze

• You should have a post-secondary degree or advanced diploma in business administration, project management, public administration, organizational strategy, performance measurement, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, project or portfolio management, organizational effectiveness, or a related role
• A strong understanding of strategic planning, performance measurement, reporting frameworks, scorecards, portfolio visibility, and capacity planning
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, project planning tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, reporting tools, templates, and documentation practices
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, validate, and interpret information from multiple sources and translate findings into clear summaries and recommendations
• The ability to lead through influence, establish practical frameworks, guide cross-functional teams, and support disciplined execution without relying on direct authority
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Three years of experience working in a post-secondary environment

Mansioni

• Support the delivery of OCAS’s organizational strategy by tracking goals, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and progress measures
• Advance the continuous improvement of OCAS’s operating model and the planning, implementation, and assessment practices that support it
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting frameworks, scorecards, dashboards, and assessment criteria that strengthen organizational performance monitoring and decision-making
• Provide visibility into strategic initiatives, performance measures, and organizational capacity to support leadership planning and prioritization
• Work with leaders and teams to organize and validate information, identify trends and risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and support coordinated execution
• Prepare clear summaries, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Senior Leadership Team
• Develop the frameworks, tools, and processes that help teams plan, prioritize, measure, and assess progress
• Nice-to-haves: Three years of experience working in a post-secondary environment
