In this role you will work with shop floor teams up to the C-suite to drive process improvements, supply chain optimization, and back-office transformation, delivering sustainable outcomes under mentoring from senior peers.

Qualifications

• Ms with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2026/2027 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• 2+ years of post-undergraduate work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (approximately 70% on-site).
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI advantageous.
• Natural Resources industry experience.

Responsibilities
