Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
• CHRP designation or HR certificate is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline end-to-end HR services to managers and teams.
• Coach clients on HR matters and strategic programs.
• Support workforce management, attrition risk analysis, and succession planning.
• Align HR programs with business strategies with SMEs and management.
• Promote culture and employee experience and engagement.
• Guide on compliance with policies and legislated programs.
• Support change management and performance management processes.
