Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited in Calgary is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with Distribution Centre leaders to define and implement people strategies aligned with business plans and our culture.

You will provide generalist HR expertise across Labour Relations and HR, helping to build a capable, engaged workforce at Loblaw Supply Chain while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated knowledge in client relation management.
• Equivalence of education and HR experience; CHRP designation or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement people strategies aligned with business plans and company culture.
• Partner with DC leaders to provide labour relations and HR generalist support.
• Coach and advise managers and employees; drive engagement, productivity and organizational performance.
