Job summary

ConeTec is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations professional for a 6-month contract to cover parental leave and support a period of high HR activity. You will report to the VP, HR and ensure smooth delivery of core HR operations while assisting priority initiatives.

You will collaborate with the HR team across compensation, benefits, change management and system improvements, including BambooHR, eNPS, and audits, to maintain continuity and deliver timely insights during the coverage period.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with a solid foundation in HR generalist operations.
• Experience with HR operations and HRIS management (BambooHR advantageous).
• Experience leading HR projects across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute core HR operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support compensation framework rollout and Canadian Benefits Plan to market.
• Lead eNPS survey rollout and development of key insights and communication.
• Contribute to project delivery by tracking actions, coordinating inputs and ensuring timelines.
• Identify practical process improvements and support implementation during the contracted period.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field
